Purchase - our guidelines
Achieving a high level of customer satisfaction is the core aim of our business. A major prerequisite for this is the delivery of products of maximum and consistent quality. This means that the greatest care is required in selecting raw materials and packaging. The high yardsticks which we set for our business apply also to the selection and evaluation of our suppliers. This means supplying first-class and consistent grades, ensuring reliability of supply, delivering on time and offering competitive prices. For this we co-operate across the board with the appropriate specialist divisions of our company in order to ensure the best combination of performance, delivery, adherence to schedules and prices. Achieving the quality targets is thus an indispensable condition, in conjunction with the endeavour to optimise our supply chain management.

Quality responsibility
We are responsible for quality and aim for zero errors in the procurement of our raw materials, packaging, technical components, technical assistance and services.


Supplier involvement
For goods and services we need innovative, high-performance suppliers, whom we would like to involve promptly in our development projects and with whom we would like to co-operate openly, fairly and on a long-term basis.

Fairness and transparency
We make our purchase decisions exclusively on technical and clearly defined criteria. In selecting suppliers, during the conversion of targets and in evaluating supplier achievements we co-ordinate internally and act in accordance with uniform criteria and procedures.

Internationality
We create optimal solutions for our company and our customers through internationally oriented, systematic purchase market cultivation.

Environmental responsibility
Environmental protection is important to us. Our company is certified to ISO 14001. Our environmental policy and environmental management guidelines are also based on selecting products to be purchased on the basis of their degradability, the options for recycling and disposal, their packing and how they are transported.
