Sustainability is an integral part of our corporate strategy—and a core guiding principle of our actions. To effectively embed this commitment within the organization, we work with a dedicated sustainability team that coordinates and advances all related activities.
The team is led by our Sustainability Officer, Stefanie Küpper. She coordinates internal and external inquiries, oversees sustainability reporting, and ensures that regulatory developments are communicated to the organization at an early stage.
Our Sustainability Team – A Source of Inspiration and a Driver of Implementation
The sustainability team supports the entire organization in implementing our sustainability strategy and assists senior management in further developing goals and measures. Together with the process owners, concrete measures are defined, their implementation is coordinated, and their progress is regularly tracked.
Learning, communicating, leading the way
The members of the sustainability team engage in continuous professional development, incorporate external insights on ESG topics, and bring this knowledge into the organization. They coordinate internal communication regarding sustainability and also ensure that our ESG performance is communicated transparently and consistently to the outside world.
